max was in the hospital because he couldn't hold down food for four days, couldn't stop throwing up and of course, was completely dehydrated. after the second trip to the ER, they finally admitted him. and finally gave him something to stop the stomach spasms! anyway, he's on the mend....he actually grew an inch while all this was going on....crazy!

other than that, i am good/we are good....i miss you! how are you? how's work? how is your family?

Hi. Wonderful that you're visiting DC! I assume your housing has been arranged. However, if you need a place to stay at any time during your trip, my house has a guest room.

If you'd like to get together, I'd welcome that. You (and family or friends) could come to our place for dinner, or we could meet someplace near where you're staying. Also, we could tour some of the museums or monuments together, if you'd like. My wife works at the Freer-Sackler, a great museum -- Asian art.

I don't want to force myself into your travels here, but I'd welcome the opportunity to be a host and/or companion.

As for the Choosing to Participate show, I'll look into its availability on weekends. The building has had financial problems, so it may not be open. Your only option then, would be during a weekday, Tuesday to Friday.
